HCDA is a space to uplift the work of our partners and ground ourselves in a shared vision for a fair, people‑centered health care system. With a budget‑heavy session ahead—shaped by consolidation, rising costs, and gaps in coverage, we’ll explore how policies on mergers, affordability programs, and medical debt protections directly impact Colorado families. HCDA centers patient and community needs, highlighting the power of personal stories to influence legislators and drive meaningful change.

HCDA will include a keynote address, panels with legislators and bill sponsors, and dedicated time for in‑person attendees to speak directly with lawmakers and observe the legislative process at the Capitol. Breakfast and lunch are provided for all in‑person participants.
