Email Amanda Carlson

Amanda joined CCHI’s team in 2026. She brings a decade of experience advocating for health equity in Colorado. As the Policy and Advocacy Manager, she is passionate about using grassroots organizing, diverse voices, and public policy to dismantle systemic barriers so all Colorado communities can thrive.

Amanda holds a B.A. in Psychology from Whitworth University and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Denver. She has spent most of her career in the reproductive health, rights, and justice space doing community organizing, state-level policy, and direct service work.

When she is not fighting for health justice, you can find her performing in community theatre, hiking with her doggo, or reading.
