Today, the Colorado Health Foundation, released the 2012 Colorado Health Report Card. In its seventh year, the report card seeks to answer the question, could Colorado be #1?
The 2012 Colorado Health Report Card includes detailed information about 38 health indicators that span the life course and which, if left unchanged, could pose significant risks to the health and well-being of Coloradans, young and old alike. In partnership with the Colorado Health Institute (CHI), the Colorado Health Foundation selected these indicators to provide a comprehensive picture of the health of Colorado’s residents.
